Product Development Associate Project Manager

Project Manager for Automotive Product. Responsibility includes delivery of new products (Q-
Gate), defining and supporting ramp activities and all other aspects of project (cost, quality, and
timeline).

Project lead for product development projects, lead cross function teams in planning, reviewing
and execution to meet project targets, time, quality, and cost. Demonstrated strong leadership
across function teams in planning, execution, and reviews (eg: Product Line, Marketing,
Application, Customer Interface) to meet project targets.

Leading product definition activities, working with global R&D, application, marketing, quality,
subcon partners and customers.

Actively seeking key experts’ inputs in process and material to ensure process and material
capabilities are fully considered in project scope.

Lead investigation and analysis of problems and drive implementation of solutions.

Recognize & escalate serious and critical situations as necessary with situation analysis, available
options, consequences, and recommendations.

Responding and taking necessary actions to address urgent customer and production issues.

Mentor & coach project managers or product development engineer in projects and daily
development tasks.

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/
Electromechanical), Engineering (Material Science), Physics or equivalent.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

More than 3 years Project Management experience in managing cross functional team.

Good report-writing and data analysis skills.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
