Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Product Data Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Strategic Product Group and Product Managers across all three global regions—Asia, Europe and USA. The Data Specialist is responsible for structuring and maintaining critical product databases that serve as the source for a variety of product documents and digital platforms, including product family websites and the customer portal.

• Implement and maintain master data systems (PDS, POSST, DSM, SET) to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date product information.
• Update and correct product documentation, including brochures and compliance documents in collaboration with respective departments.
• Support the process of product phase‑in and phase‑out by providing data and deliverables in due time.
• Enhance and maintain high‑quality product content on the company website and customer portals, including multimedia elements to improve digital collaboration.
• Develop and manage AI‑driven guided‑selling tools, standardized technical pre‑sales documentation, and foster cross‑functional collaboration to improve the customer experience.

What You Need to Succeed

• Any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) degree, ideally complemented with practice in business administration or marketing.
• 1–2 years of working experience in product data management or a related field, ideally within the industrial equipment sector—solid understanding of data management, and administrative marketing and sales processes.
• Practical experience and proficiency with SAP ECC modules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
