Perform component‑level debugging and repair of defective PCBAs due to internal rejects or customer returns (RMA).
Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and signal generators to identify failure points.
Analyze circuit schematics and layout to trace faults and recommend rework or replacement actions.
Document root‑cause findings in the failure analysis system and generate detailed debug and rework reports.
Collaborate with Test Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to communicate trends and systemic issues.
Support failure analysis (FA) processes for high‑reliability and mission‑critical products.
Process Engineer – 3 Vacancies
Develop, define, and optimize all backend manufacturing processes to ensure stable, efficient, and high‑quality production.
Establish robust process flows for THT soldering operations (wave and selective soldering), manual soldering and assembly, mechanical assembly, and box‑build reliability and customer compliance.
Maintain key process parameters, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and control plans to enable consistent production performance.
Conduct thorough PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and perform risk assessments for all backend stages to proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive process controls.
Continuously evaluate and improve backend processes to enhance yield, reduce defects, improve manufacturability, and support new product introductions within the EMS environment.
