Job description

Procurement Specialist (Telecommunication)

• Responsible for subcontractor management, including but not limited to looking for new subcontractor, negotiate with subcontractor, arrange meeting with subcontractor, and so on；
• Assist the project team in dealing with the problem/matter of subcontractor make sure the project be finished on time；
• Work with the project team to ensure the timely availability of subcontractor according to schedules。
• Conduct site visit and checking for subcontractor；
• Ensure procurement processes comply with relevant local legislation and safety regulations。
• Handle subcontractors' PO and payment status；
• Prepare reporting work regularly and complete other works assigned by superiors。
