Job summary

A leading food and beverage company in Malaysia is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage sourcing and supplier relationships. The role involves checking PR status, executing purchase orders, and processing supplier invoices. Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, along with 2-3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong negotiation skills and Mandarin fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
• Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Highly motivated to work towards set goals.

Responsibilities

• Check PR status in the system daily based on order & delivery.
• Execute end-to-end activities from PO creation until supplier delivery.
• Process supplier invoices and verify products delivered match requested delivery dates.
