We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team (3-4 pax) and play a key role in supplier management, cost-saving initiatives, and compliance with international standards (RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ROSH/REACH).

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a small procurement team.
• Drive cost-saving projects and build strong supplier networks.
• Manage sourcing and procurement activities via ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with RBA, ISO, ROSH/REACH standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support automation and smart factory transformation.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and sustainability.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Min. 5 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Industry background: Plastics / Rubber / Foam / LSR.
• Exposure to: Medical devices & Semiconductor industries.
• Proven success in cost-saving and supplier negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ROSH/REACH.
• Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful team player.
• Language: English & Chinese an advantage.
• Must be able to work at i-Park, Kulai, Johor.
• Do not need to apply any Work Pass/Visa to work at Malaysia.
