Job description

Developing Procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.

Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.

Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Performing suppliers’ management in QCDS and taking improvement activities.

Approving supplier purchase allocations and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.

Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

Cost Control

Controlling the Procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

Preparing Procurement reports and ensuring achieve Procurement KPI target.

Maintain and fulfil in Panasonic Global Procurement system.

Cost Management to increase company profit.

Supply Chain Management

BCP management, response to SCM issue and take speedy action.

Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.

Strictly Control & Manage total supply Loss Cost.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or equivalent.
  • Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
  • Experience using supply chain management software and tools. (SAP)
  • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Management and leadership skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
