Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Sourcing & Purchasing team.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement strategies to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and manage overseas and local suppliers for best quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Work closely with Production, Sales, Finance, and other departments to support operational needs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
