• Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with vendors/suppliers on the purchasing process.
• Closely follow up with shipment and delivery status.
• Carry out purchase plan.
• Perform inventory inspection & report any faults.
• Update & maintain records of orders and payments.
• Coordinate with the delivery team & follow up on delayed orders.
• In charge of daily operations inter‑company orders, delivery, invoicing & etc.
• All tasks instructed by the superior.
