Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and related procurement documentation.
Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and specifications.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Handle supplier performance evaluation and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Assist in inventory monitoring and stock control when required.
