A technology and innovation company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Procurement and Operation Admin who is proficient in both Cantonese and Mandarin to manage procurement activities and handle various office administration tasks. Applicants should have at least an SPM qualification, and 1 year of relevant experience, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. The role offers medical insurance, five working days a week, and other benefits, all within a collaborative work environment.
Good command of Mandarin and Cantonese as we need to liaise with Hong Kong counterparts.
SPM or above.

Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Mandarin Word Processing.

Procurement management process covering IT hardware, software, and services
Responsible for procurement activities including handling purchase orders, invoices, import/export licenses, custom declaration, and procurement reports
Handle accounts receivable invoices and account payable invoices
Liaise with internal and external parties for daily office administration
Monitor the product licenses expiration date
Processing sales documents and key into SAP
Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required
