  • Process sales documents in SAP.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Mandarin Word Processing.

  • Responsible for procurement activities including handling purchase orders, invoices, import/export licenses, custom declaration, and procurement reports

  • Handle accounts receivable invoices and account payable invoices

  • Liaise with internal and external parties for daily office administration

  • Monitor the product licenses expiration date

  • Processing sales documents and key into SAP

  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required
