Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years experience in a centralized purchasing environment and Supply Chain.
• Effective communication in English and Japanese (N1/N2 level).
• Background in production planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day procurement activities per standards.
• Validate and process Purchase Requisitions.
• Convert Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders.
• Participate in invoice reconciliation.
• Manage internal and external queries.
