Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for NPI process team activities.
  • Monitor, maintain and qualify equipment, tools/fixtures for production used. Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/ tools/ fixtures
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process and improve yield.
  • Seeking a detail-oriented candidate with proven experience in epoxy bonding processes to manage and execute high-precision assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with optical alignment machines is a significant advantage for this position, as it will enhance the candidate's ability to achieve precise and accurate equipment setups.
  • Observational skills to notice discrepancies, understand the manufacturing process in detail, troubleshooting at an appropriate level and involving senior members of staff
  • Communication skill to communicate and interface well with peers, enhance teamwork

  • Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Education & Experience
  • A diploma holder in Mechanical/ Electronics or its equivalents.
