Job Title: Process Executive (Voice Support) - Indonesian Speaker (Contract)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Work from Office)

Experience: 0-2 Years

Working Hours: Normal Day Working hours with Rotational Week Off

Job Description: Process Executive (Voice Support) is responsible for working as an operator for basic review. Associates are expected to ensure compliance, 100% productivity, and no escalations issues. Associates must display a high level of confidence in ensuring compliance with both client and Cognizant policies and the Code of Ethics.

  • Excellent written, reading & spoken communication skills in English & Indonesian (preferably with local cultural understanding)

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Listing Review (Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines)
  • Analyze data, reviews, moderate and fix relevant data, resolve user reports and queries
  • Basic Listing Review
  • Listing verification, identify spam trends and elevate to relevant teams
  • Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed monthly/annual quality & productivity targets
  • Gather information via outbound calls to businesses
  • Work collaboratively with the Team Leads
