• Achieve management target for glass loss.
• Minimize process down time.
• Analyze the process parameters.
• Support process improvement and innovation.
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
• Assist with Preventive Maintenance and job changes.
• Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by Manager/Head of Department.
