Position Summary

Initiates and leads process activities in NPI development engineering and/or sustaining engineering.

What You Will Do

• Support all engineering activities assigned and tasked by the Engineering Manager(s).
• Develop the process engineering specs and criteria for NPI projects and/or ensure the process quality and stability of sustaining products.
• Evaluate the process settings and process setups with new material or new equipment to ensure suitability and robustness for mass production.
• Sustain the process yields at and above the required targets.

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications)

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Material or Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solving
• Hands-on experience dealing with backend processes (PnP, AVI, Die Attach, Oven Cure, Plasma Cure/UV cure, TnR, and etc) will be prioritized.
