The ideal candidate will have over 13 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in FPSO environments. Qualifications

Role Overview

We are seeking a Principal Process / Process Safety Engineer to provide senior-level technical leadership for upcoming projects. The role focuses on troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and specialist studies to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process safety and engineering studies, including HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and debottlenecking studies to optimize FPSO performance and reliability.
  • Review and approve process safety documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, safety philosophies, cause & effect diagrams).
  • Identify process hazards and provide technical recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and industry best practices.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to project and operational teams.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (recognized).
  • Registered Engineer with BEM.
  • Minimum 13 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years FPSO experience, and at least 3 years in troubleshooting, debottlenecking, or specialist studies.
  • Experience in offshore oil & gas projects is highly preferred.
