A leading semiconductor solution provider in Malacca is seeking a Head of Data Management. This role involves ensuring test data integrity and quality, developing statistical tools, and driving yield improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree and over 8 years of experience in manufacturing processes, with proficiency in various statistical and data analytic tools. Head of Data Management section responsible for test data integrity and improvement. Ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standard thru SBA control, test program management, test recipe, test data availability and quality. Define data needs, infrastructural requirement & synchronization as well as overall landscape for test data requirement as the role of data steward role. Promote the use of DMAIC systematic and statistical tools in driving yield and quality improvement project. Involve intensively, supervise and assist yield lead on yield improvement activities thru reporting, data analytics, statistics and automation.
