A global engineering firm is looking for a Principal Analysis Engineer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this full-time role, you will oversee installation analysis of rigid pipeline, ensuring compliance with engineering standards while mentoring junior engineers. Your responsibilities include providing engineering support during operations and promoting safety initiatives. Candidates should have a degree in engineering and experience in Oil & Gas. Proficiency with Orcaflex and familiarity with Python, VBA, and Abaqus is required.
We are looking for a Principal Analysis Engineer (Pipeline Installation) to join our Pipeline Group (PG) team at our Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office on a full-time, permanent basis.
The analysis engineering team within Pipeline Group is responsible for delivering fit‑for‑purpose rigid pipeline installation analysis to projects and/or tenders, with specific focus on safe and cost‑effective installation operations.
Our engineers are recognised for their expertise and at principal level management skills. They can oversee a team of installation analysis project engineers, dealing with rigid pipeline installation analysis in project, FEED or tender. They are responsible to the Analysis Team Lead for the efficient day‑to‑day management of the installation analysis team and provide regular operational reports on general project engineering activities, technical subject matters and resource management.
