Job summary

A technology services provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a professional for presales support in I.T. Security products. The role involves conducting product presentations, delivering Proof of Concepts, and architecting tailored technical solutions. You'll lead technical specifications and proposal writings, assist in the documentation for RFI, BOM, and RFP processes, and address complex issues while comparing competitive products. This position requires keeping updated with technical knowledge and demands strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales support for I.T. Security products including technical design and consultation.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Deliver product Proof of Concepts (POC) to customers.
• Architect an appropriate technical solution to meet customer’s requirements.
• Take a leading role in specifying technical solutions and writing proposals and tender responses.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation for RFIs, BOMs, and RFPs.
• Compare competitive I.T. Security products to specify the most advantageous solutions for customers.
• Keep up-to-date on technical knowledge and handle complicated technical issues for customers.
