We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking team as a Premier Relationship Director. You will work with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • The role involves managing HSBC’s relationship with the bank’s highest value clients (Top Tier Premier segment, typically clients with >RM3Mil investible assets).
  • Responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining relationships with a portfolio of Top Tier Premier clients.
  • Build trusting relationships with existing and potential clients, help articulate their needs, and exceed their expectations.
  • Get to know clients personally and professionally to understand their financial goals and use market knowledge to provide tailored financial advice.
  • Review the portfolio regularly to identify opportunities to leverage HSBC’s capabilities across lines of business and geographies for client benefit.
  • Increase client loyalty by meeting their needs directly or through collaboration with internal partners.
  • Understand and adhere to local and global compliance requirements.
  • Ensure the portfolio performs effectively within the Wealth and Personal Banking Target Business Model (TBM) and aligns with HSBC’s Top Tier Proposition.
