Pre Sales Specialist- Production Printing Business Group
Responsibilities
- Support pre-sales activities such as Proof of Concept (POC), product demonstrations, and testing of files and media, leveraging a consultative, solution-based selling approach.
- Deliver on-site or online Key Operator Training (KOT) for Production Printers (PP) and related products during new installations or as needed.
- Design and deliver training modules through on-site sessions, online webinars, or video content.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations of hardware and software applications for both internal teams and external customers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Ricoh’s production printers and related workflow solutions, delivering essential support to the Sales team.
- Act as the primary contact for the service team in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to color controllers, color management, and software applications.
- Manage assigned accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and timely support.
- Develop innovative sample applications to enhance customer engagement and support sales initiatives.
- Lead initiatives that enhance pre-sales effectiveness, strengthen customer relationships, and boost market visibility.
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Printing Industry / IT / Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Production Printing industry.
- Strong expertise in Graphic Arts Solutions, encompassing both hardware and software components.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite, and color management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proactive in following up on tasks to meet deadlines and effective in collaborating within a team environment.
