Work closely with the Sales team to understand client needs and propose suitable software solutions.

  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase capabilities and value.
  • Prepare and customize Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to address client‑specific requirements.
  • Respond to technical sections of RFI/RFP documents and create solution proposals.
  • Act as a technical advisor during the sales cycle, addressing client questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure smooth handover from presales to delivery.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in software presales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Good understanding of software solutions such as BI, analytics, low‑code platforms, or enterprise applications.
  • Ability to create technical documentation and respond to RFI/RFP requirements.
  • Familiarity with databases, data visualization, and workflow automation is an advantage.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
