Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Practice Lead to define, lead and scale our Microsoft NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central practice. You will be a senior, hands‑on leader who combines deep technical knowledge with strong commercial sense and proven delivery leadership. Own the ERP vision and roadmap, set delivery standards, mentor a high performing team, and drive large ERP and 4PL supply chain transformations that support enterprise growth across finance, logistics and Telco operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap and growth strategy for the NAV and Business Central practice.
• Establish delivery standards, reusable frameworks and best practices.
• Mentor and guide consultants, developers and project managers to build a strong delivery team.
• Lead NAV to Business Central modernisation, including integrations, data migration and extensions.
• Oversee solution architecture to ensure scalability, standardisation, compliance and performance.
• Lead large, multi‑workstream ERP and 4PL transformation projects from planning to go‑live.
• Manage scope, budget, risks, resource planning, vendors and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide hands‑on expertise in NAV and BC development, integration design and ERP architecture.
• Ensure solution design reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting and quality governance.
• Design digital supply chain workflows and lead integrations with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ensure ERP processes meet Telco SLA requirements for accuracy, response time and reliability.
• Maintain stable, high availability API integrations with strong monitoring and fail‑over.
• Oversee reporting using Power BI, Jet Reports and BC‑native tools, including data governance.
• Lead data migration with strong focus on quality, reconciliation and audit readiness.
• Drive UAT, SOP development, training, cutover readiness and overall user adoption.

What We Are Looking For

• 8 to 10 years hands‑on with Microsoft NAV and D365 Business Central.
• Mastery of C/AL and AL, solution design, ERP architecture and integrations.
• Proven track record in NAV to BC modernisation projects.
• Strong project management experience on large ERP, supply chain and 4PL transformations.
• Skilled in Agile and hybrid delivery, RAID management, budgeting and vendor coordination.
• Expert in end‑to‑end testing including SIT, UAT, performance and regression testing.
• Experience with multi‑warehouse operations, WMS/TMS integration and logistics automation.
• Telco industry exposure is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, documentation and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel as required between HQ and warehouse locations to provide strategic oversight and continuity.
