Job summary

A technology company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a professional to own the Build and Release Management lifecycle. You will coordinate releases across multiple applications, work closely with product managers and software engineers, and implement release processes. Candidates should have 2-6 years of experience in release management, a solid IT background, and proficiency in tools such as Jira and .NET architecture. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and timeliness of releases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Test Managers, Development Managers, Software Architects, and Developers.
• Own the Release Management lifecycle including scheduling and coordinating releases.
• Implement and manage release processes for development, testing, and production environments.
• Plan release windows and cycles across a portfolio.
• Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality.

• You will work closely with product manager, domain experts, and user interaction designers, and software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.

• You should understand the concept of continuous integration and delivery
• 2-6 years of previous release and/or project management experience
• Advanced knowledge in software development lifecycle and process
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion

Responsibilities
