Job Title: Play Ground Outlet Crew And Counter
Located in: Atria Shopping Gallery
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Full-time: $2000 - $2800 monthly
Availability: Able to start ASAP
Working Hours (based on scheduling):

Sun - Thurs: Shift work (9.30am to 5.30pm OR 12.30pm to 8.30pm)

Fri - Sat: Full Shift (9.30am - 9.30pm)

Job Description:
A. Safety & Supervision
  • Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment (slides, swings, nets, padding, etc.)
  • Identify and report hazards, damages, or repair needs
  • Ensure all safety protocols and play rules are followed
  • Monitor children’s behaviour and handle conflicts or accidents
B. Operations & Facility Management
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the playground
  • Manage playground capacity and crowd flow
  • Ensure equipment and play zones meet safety standards
C. Customer Service
  • Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints
Experience
  • Prior experience in childcare, recreation, hospitality, or facility management is an advantage.
  • Experience leading a team or coordinating activities is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or similar role is preferred.
Qualifications
  • First aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash and operate payment systems accurately. (Training provided)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. Working Conditions
  • Requires standing, moving, and engaging with children throughout shifts.
