Job summary

A leading enterprise in the manufacturing sector seeks a skilled individual for production scheduling. The role requires coordinating shipment deliveries, managing import purchases, and liaising with suppliers. A Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience in purchasing/planning are necessary. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Training will be provided, and additional tasks may be assigned by management.

• Prepare production schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
• Understand ideal customers and their relation to products.
• Coordinate with marketing on lead generation.
• Compile status and performance reports for management.
• Monitor import purchasing.
• Issue purchase orders and communicate with suppliers.
• Liaise with forwarding agencies for customs issues.
• Coordinate shipment delivery and prepare clearance documents.
• Additional tasks assigned by the superior or management.

Prepare Production schedule to ensure the production deadlines are met.

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.

Issue purchase order and able to communicate with supplier

Liase closely with forwarding agencies for all custom related issues ( Export and import permit application).

Coordinating shipment delivery and preparing related documents for clearance purpose.

Additional job will be assigned by the superior or management as and when necessary

Competency Requirement

• Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree and proven experience in purchasing/planning.
