Job description

This role is responsible for the development, monitoring, and control of project schedules related to BHS, ensuring alignment with the overall Master Programme. The Planning Engineer plays a key role in progress tracking, delay analysis, and integrating time and cost data for effective project delivery.

Your role
  • Provide administrative, documentation, and logistical support to the PMC BHS team.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and document registers for BHS‑related correspondence, submissions, and approvals.
  • Track incoming and outgoing communications including transmittals, RFI logs, submittal logs, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in arranging meetings, site visits, workshops, and record‑keeping for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support in the formatting, proofreading, and compilation of periodic reports and presentation decks.
  • Liaise with MAHB's administrative units for HR coordination, access pass applications, and logistics arrangements.
About you
  • Experience in planning and governance (minimum 6‑8 years).
  • Proficiency in document register and correspondence tracking logs.
  • Ability to compile monthly reports, manage archive backups.
