Job description

Twin Towers Medical Centre KLCC Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and caring Physiotherapy Assistant to join our growing healthcare team on a full-time basis at Kerteh, Terengganu.

You will work closely with experienced physiotherapists, supporting patients throughout their recovery journey while gaining valuable hands‑on experience in a clinical setting.

What you'll be doing
  • Support physiotherapists in delivering effective physiotherapy treatments and rehabilitation programmes
  • Prepare and maintain treatment areas to ensure a clean, safe and well‑organised environment
  • Guide patients on correct exercise techniques and the proper use of physiotherapy equipment
  • Observe, record and report patient progress accurately to the physiotherapy team
  • Assist patients with mobility and transfers before and after treatment sessions
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and updating patient records
  • Provide friendly, professional and patient‑focused service to ensure a positive patient experience
What we're looking for
  • Diploma or Certificate in Physiotherapy or a related Allied Health qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation setting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Well‑organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Caring, patient‑oriented and genuinely interested in supporting patient recovery
  • Able to use physiotherapy equipment and related clinical tools competently
  • Team player with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
