Amanfisio is seeking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a full-time Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall health and wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to develop personalised treatment plans for patients
• Implementing a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy, to help patients manage pain, improve mobility, and restore function
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to provide integrated care for patients
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, in line with regulatory requirements
• Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy techniques and industry best practices
• Supervise and train junior physiotherapists and interns
• Develop departmental protocols and ensure clinical quality
• Contribute to clinical audits and research initiatives
• Participate in community education and outreach programs

What we're looking for

• A minimum diploma in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of various physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
