Job summary

A mobile repair service in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled Phone Technician to manage repairs, including motherboard troubleshooting and face-ID fixes. This full-time role requires 1-3 years of experience and excellent customer skills. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing hardware and software issues in mobile phones, performing repairs, and maintaining records. The salary is RM 2,800 – RM 3,000 per month, with additional benefits such as commission on repairs and meal provisions twice weekly.

Phone Technician

Position: Full Time Phone Technician – Cheras, Bandar Sri Permaisuri (Cheras). 5 days a week (Corp EPF, SOCSO).

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phone Technician proficient in plug‑and‑play repairs, motherboard troubleshooting, and phone repair, with experience in face‑ID, battery replacement, and network IC repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot mobile phones, including diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues.
• Service motherboards and related components.
• Handle customers professionally and ensure the shop area remains orderly.
• Perform identification of phone problems, execute repairs and maintain repair records.
• Assist in the replacement of ICs for face‑ID and network functions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1‑3 years experience as a Phone Technician or similar.
• Proficient in plug‑and‑play, motherboard repair, IC replacement, battery replacement, face‑ID repair.
• Excellent customer communication and shop management skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Nationality: Malaysians Only. Gender: All Genders.
