Responsibilities
Pharmacy and Dispensing Duties
  • Prepare and dispense medications according to veterinary instructions.
  • Ensure accurate medication labeling and dosage instructions.
  • Provide pet owners with basic medication instructions (non-medical advice).
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy area.
  • Regularly check medication expiration dates and rotate stock.
  • Assist with ordering and replenishing medication inventory.
Cashier and Front Desk Support
  • Accurately process cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
  • Issue receipts and perform daily cash reconciliation.
  • Assist clients with registration, check-out, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
Inventory and Supplies Management
  • Update inventory records and assist with periodic inventory counts.
  • Assist with receiving and organizing new shipments.
  • Promptly report out-of-stock items to the supervisor or veterinarian.
Administrative Support
  • Assist with printing labels, preparing prescriptions, and filing documents.
  • Accurately enter data into the clinic system.

Maintain smooth communication with the front desk, pharmacy, and treatment rooms.
