• Provide professional healthcare consultation, medication counseling, and basic health screenings to customers.
• Proactively recommend suitable medicines, supplements, and healthcare solutions tailored to customers’ needs and lifestyle.
• Actively engage in sales activities — promoting products, communicating promotions, and driving sales performance together with the team.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to boost customer experience, store sales, and overall team success.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Guide, mentor, and support staff to deliver excellent customer service and accurate health advice.
• Ensure proper storage, stock control, and accurate record keeping (including poison book and prescription records).
• Monitor stock levels, manage shortages, and handle expired medicines responsibly.
• Ensure full compliance with government regulations, pharmacy laws, and company policies.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge on medicines, supplements, market trends, and the latest healthcare updates.
