Qualifications
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (reading, writing, speaking).
- Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above.
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with and around all dog and cat breeds.
Responsibilities
Appointment Management
- Schedule and manage grooming and boarding appointments.
- Confirm, reschedule, and coordinate daily bookings.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process.
Client Communication
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in‑person.
- Deliver excellent and timely customer service.
Appointment Reminders
- Send reminders to clients regarding upcoming appointments.
Pet Hotel Check‑In/Out
- Manage the check‑in and check‑out process for boarding pets.
- Inspect dogs and cats for external parasites or tangles upon arrival.
- Gather information from owners regarding pets’ feeding instructions and behavior.
Lobby Maintenance
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Client Consent & Registration
- Assist clients in completing consent forms and registration details.
- Update and maintain the client database accurately.
- Educate clients on policies, procedures, and available services.
Payment Processing
- Handle client payments and ensure timely deposit collections.
Internal Communication
- Coordinate with groomers and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Pet Handling
- Confidently handle dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.
- Provide daily updates to clients regarding their pets’ well‑being, including photos and videos via WhatsApp.
