Qualifications & Requirements
  • Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a personal driver or company driver (experience driving for senior management is an advantage).
  • Good driving record with no major traffic offenses.
  • Familiar with Klang Valley routes, traffic patterns, and alternative roads.
  • Physically fit, responsible, punctual, and well‑disciplined.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of trustworthiness.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required.
  • Preferably non‑smoker.
Responsibilities
  • Safely drive the Director to and from office, meetings, and scheduled appointments.
  • Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well‑maintained, and in good working condition.
  • Plan routes efficiently to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrival.
  • Assist the Director with loading/unloading and carrying items when necessary.
  • Perform basic vehicle upkeep such as refueling, checking tire pressure, and arranging servicing.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
  • Standby and be available during working hours and occasionally outside normal hours when required.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Director.
