Job description

Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a personal driver, preferably with experience driving for senior executives or business owners.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English, with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and other stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to maintain vehicles in optimal condition, including regular cleaning, maintenance checks, and scheduling repairs.

Strong navigation skills and route planning abilities, with the ability to use GPS and other navigation tools to find the most efficient routes.

Excellent punctuality and time management skills, with the ability to adhere to schedules and be flexible to accommodate changing priorities.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Familiarity with the Mont Kiara and Batu areas of Kuala Lumpur, as well as surrounding regions.

Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating the needs of the passenger and providing a high level of service.

Responsibility

• Safely and efficiently transport the employer and other authorized passengers to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and excellent condition of the assigned vehicle, including regular washing, vacuuming, and interior detailing.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, such as monitoring tire pressure, fluid levels (oil, water, brake fluid), and battery condition, and arrange for necessary repairs or servicing.
• Plan and optimize travel routes, considering traffic conditions, weather forecasts, and alternative routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion regarding the employer's personal and business affairs.
• Assist with errands, deliveries, and other tasks as directed by the employer, such as picking up dry cleaning, groceries, or documents.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance expenses, submitting reports as required.
• Provide a courteous and professional demeanor at all times, assisting passengers with luggage and other needs.
• Communicate effectively with the employer and other relevant parties regarding schedules, delays, or any other pertinent information in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.
