A leading corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Professional Driver for the Senior Director/MD. The role requires safe and reliable transportation, including planning routes and maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, possess a valid driving license, and demonstrate discretion and professionalism. Strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential. This position supports the Senior Director/MD with personal errands and ensures prompt, safe travel.
A professional responsible for providing safe, reliable, and confidential transportation for the Senior Director/MD. This role includes tasks like planning routes, maintaining the vehicle, ensuring the Senior Director/MD comfort and safety during travel, managing vehicle upkeep, and handling occasional personal errands for the Senior Director/MD. The position requires professionalism, discretion, and a high level of confidentiality.
Drive the Senior Director/MD to appointments, meetings, and events in a timely and safe manner.
Plan routes in advance, considering traffic, weather, and time to ensure prompt arrival.
Maintain the cleanliness and excellent working condition of the assigned vehicle(s), including scheduling maintenance and liaising with workshops for repairs.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Handle basic personal errands and ad hoc assignments, such as collecting documents or delivering parcels, as requested by the Senior Director/MD.
Provide standby support for urgent matters, ensuring the Senior Director/MD has immediate transportation access.
Manage a vehicle logbook to track mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.
Maintenance car cleanliness.
Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
Minimum [2] years of experience as a personal or corporate driver.
A professional demeanor and appearance. Physically fit, well-groomed, and presentable.
A strong focus on safe driving practices and the safety of the passenger.
A commitment to maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
