Responsibilities

• Safely drive Directors to and from office, meetings, and any required destinations.
• Ensure punctuality and a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the company vehicle (interior & exterior).
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and serviced on schedule.
• Plan routes effectively to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrival.
• Assist with errands, document delivery, or other tasks as assigned by Directors.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling Directors’ schedules and information.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D).
• Good knowledge of Johor Bahru routes, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
• Clean driving record and strong safety awareness.
