Responsibilities
- Safely drive the Directors to and from meetings, events, airports, and outstation locations as required.
- Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off at all times.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays if needed.
- Able to work outstation when required.
- Remain on standby during working hours unless otherwise instructed.
- Stay contactable by phone during all working hours.
- Proficient in using alternative routes during traffic jams & ability to use Waze / Google map application functions.
- Safeguard and use the company’s Touch ‘n Go and Shell fuel cards responsibly and strictly for company purposes only.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the company vehicle on a daily basis, both interior and exterior.
- Conduct basic vehicle checks (fuel level, tyre condition, engine oil, water, etc.) and arrange for timely servicing or necessary repairs.
- Possess a valid driving license (D) & have a clean record & no criminal records.
- Submit leave applications 7 days in advance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a personal driver for Director or VIP.
