We are seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Personal & Business Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director in both business operations and daily executive matters.

This role is based in Petaling Jaya and may require occasional travel to Singapore when necessary.

Working hours are standard office hours, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work additional hours when required.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support social media execution using CapCut and Canva.

Manage online customer communications and assist with order coordination.

Maintain and update business records using Excel or Google Sheets.

Coordinate with vendors and provide general administrative support.

Handle ad-hoc tasks to support the Director and overall business operations.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, and ChatGPT.

Strong written communication skills in English, with basic proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Ability to work independently, with strong discipline in a remote or hybrid working environment.

Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce or Instagram-based businesses.

Prior experience supporting a Director or business owner.
