A company in property development seeks a Personal Assistant to the Director to manage schedules, prepare communications, and handle confidential matters. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, with at least 3 years experience and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of working under pressure and maintaining discretion.
Manage Director’s diary, meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, filing, travel arrangements, and handling private and confidential matters.
Prepare correspondence and other communications as may be directed by the Director.
Prepare agenda, take minutes, distribute meeting minutes and take note of all follow-up actions required from all meetings diligently.
Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing.
Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them when appropriate.
Assist Director in communicating and coordinating with all levels of management and staff.
Undertake other assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Director.
