Manage, coordinate, and maintain director’s correspondence, reports, documents, meetings, and appointments.
Serve as a communication bridge between internal departments, visitors, and external vendors on behalf of the company, ensuring positive relationships.
Schedule and organize meetings and appointments, and update the director’s calendar accordingly.
Represent the director in certain internal or external meetings when necessary.
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for the director.
Oversee general office administrative tasks and functions.
Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Independent and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external parties.
Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients. (spoken and written).
