To provide comprehensive support to the Director in administrative, financial, and operational matters, including handling confidential documents, coordinating approvals, and ensuring smooth execution of daily business activities. 为董事在行政、财务及日常营运事务上提供全面支持,包括处理机密文件、协调审批流程,并确保日常业务的顺利执行。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
  • Assist the Director in managing day-to-day operations, confidential correspondence, and documentation. 协助董事处理日常运营、机密往来信件及文件管理。
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for payment approvals, fund transfers, and related transactions. 与银行及金融机构协调,处理付款审批、资金转账及相关交易。
  • Prepare, verify, and track payment documents before submitting for the Director’s approval. 准备、核对并跟进付款文件,提交董事审批。
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of financial and corporate information. 严格保密财务及公司资料。
  • Draft, review, and manage official letters, agreements, and reports for the Director. 为董事起草、审阅及管理正式信函、合约及报告。
  • Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. 管理董事的日程安排、预约及差旅事宜。
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external parties on behalf of the Director. 代表董事与内部部门、供应商及外部单位沟通。
  • Follow up on pending matters and ensure timely execution of Director’s instructions. 跟进未完成事项,确保董事指示及时落实。
  • Assist in monitoring budgets, expenses, and procurement documentation where required. 协助监督预算、支出及采购文件(如有需要)。
  • Support in meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and circulating follow-up actions. 协助会议事务,包括准备议程、记录会议纪要及分发后续行动事项。
Requirements / 任职要求
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 拥有工商管理、金融或相关专业文凭/学位。
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in finance/administration roles. 具有个人助理、行政助理或财务/行政岗位经验。
  • Familiarity with banking procedures and financial documentation. 熟悉银行操作及财务文件流程。
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. 具备较强的组织能力、多任务处理及沟通能力。
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. 具备高度诚信,能够严格保密,注重细节。
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related administrative tools. 熟练掌握 Microsoft Office 及相关行政工具。
