We are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Personal Assistant who can move fast to support the Director across F&B, property, and home furniture businesses, This role focuses on executing tasks efficiently, coordinating with stakeholders, and keeping the Director organised, in a fast‑paced environment.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage Director’s schedule, appointments, and meetings
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers
  • Prepare meeting notes and summaries
  • Source suppliers, conduct market research and track project progress
  • Support execution of promotions, events, or operational initiatives
  • Prepare basic reports and provide administrative support as needed
  • Handle ad‑hoc tasks and special projects as assigned
What we’re looking:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Strong organisational, multi‑tasking, and follow‑up skills
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
  • Must possess own transport and be able to drive for work‑related duties when required
