Job summary

A manufacturing company in Puchong, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to manage schedules, handle correspondence, and assist in day-to-day office administration. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in similar roles, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers an opportunity to support senior management and manage confidential information professionally.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting senior management is preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document preparation.
  • Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and confidential records.
  • Act as a liaison between the manager and internal/external parties.
  • Assist with personal and ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Support day-to-day office administration and follow up on action items.
