A local Malaysian company is seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to support its Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Business Administration and prior experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and providing day-to-day operational support. Candidates must possess excellent organizational skills and be willing to travel frequently within Penang, Kulim, and Kuala Lumpur.
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Coordinate meetings, events, and site visits across multiple locations.
Handle correspondence, reports, and confidential documents.
Provide day‑to‑day operational and personal support to Managing Director.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Prior experience as Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Willingness to travel frequently within Penang, Kulim & Kuala Lumpur.
