This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, located in Kuching. The Personal Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and personal tasks to support the Managing Director's day-to-day activities.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in monitoring deadlines, priorities, and key deliverables.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Managing Director.
  • Liaise with departments to ensure instructions and decisions are communicated effectively.
