About the role

As a Personal Assistant at AGGREGATE PI BIZ MANAGEMENT, you will be a key member of the team, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior executives. This full‑time role is based in Johor, offering the opportunity to work closely with company leadership and contribute to the overall success of the business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and appointments for senior leaders
  • Preparing professional correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of executives
  • Managing travel arrangements, including itinerary planning and booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
  • Serving as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and following up on outstanding items
  • Assisting with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast‑paced, corporate environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
