Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in performance reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the SSC Performance Reporting environment and liaise with IT.
• Perform month-end reconciliations and resolve issues.
• Prepare, present and analyze operational management information.
• Produce comprehensive manuals and work instructions.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of performance reports.
