People Performance & Evaluation Specialist (SEA)

What you'll do
Performance Management
- Facilitate quarterly meetings and work with Committee Chairs and Advisors to drive interventions for the respective consulting levels.
- Own the process end‑to‑end, from locking in dates for meetings with multiple senior stakeholders to preparing the meeting agenda with particular consideration to promotion schedules.
- Prepare summaries for pre‑meeting discussion with Committee Chairs.
- Prepare materials for performance evaluation meetings and support meeting logistics to ensure meetings run smoothly.
- Work with Career Advisors to ensure documentation for the meetings is well prepared.
- Cross‑check and calibrate evaluations and engage independently with evaluators to ensure robust feedback.
- Attend meetings, take minutes and prepare post‑meeting material (travel may be required).
- Brainstorm and strategize with Committee Chair on cohort themes and plan relevant interventions.
Support Performance process – regular operations
- First point of contact for all performance management related questions, including conducting orientation on the topic for new hires.
- Independently allocate Career Advisors for all consulting staff.
- Provide support in bonus process for non‑Officer‑consulting staff.
- Coordinate and support discussions for transfer candidates (in/outbound).
- Support partnership in identifying and developing high‑potential individuals and ensuring retention and eventual successful progression to Partnership.
- Induct, monitor and manage candidates on the MBA sponsorship program.
- Coordinate with peers from other teams (e.g., Finance, Human Resources) and with counterparts across the region to maintain accuracy of information on systems.
- Independently propose initiatives and work with manager in developing and continuously improving Consulting Team's career development framework and process.
- Develop initiatives to improve Career Advisor quality & overall CD effectiveness.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all performance management matters.
Maintain database
- Maintain well‑organized and up‑to‑date digital files for each member of the SEA consulting staff.
- Request, track and collect case evaluations and feedback forms on a weekly basis.
- Update system record in a timely manner.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis for pre‑ and post‑Committee reporting as well as ad‑hoc requests.
- Prepare relevant HR reports – attrition, tenure on a monthly basis for the regional and global teams.
Additional
- The role may also include key support for the SEA Year‑End Bonus process for the consulting team. This will include working directly with senior SEA stakeholders to conduct detailed and rigorous bonus analysis in Excel.
What you'll bring
- Good experience in performance management, communication, managing senior stakeholders, driving change management efforts, managing administrative tasks, driving analysis.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in the HR field.
- Bachelor/Master's degree, preferably with business or HR focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook.
- Database management and reporting experience.
- Personal attributes:
- Attention to detail and well organized.
- Maturity, good presentation and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, can prioritize work effectively and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
- Motivated and willing to work after hours.

You will be part of the SEA People Team and you will be directly reporting to the SEA Career Development Manager.
